What You Get To Do Every Day:
This leader will need a deep understanding of website personalization, conversion rate optimization, segmentation, A/B testing, multi-variant testing, and relevant testing methodologies that tie back to business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the SEO, Paid Media, Email Marketing, and Development teams to ensure the client and team experience is held to a standard by instilling confidence in our service offering.
- Ensure there are defined and structured processes in place for consistent execution of strategies that promote client growth and team retention.
- Focus efforts with the UX team to achieve and maintain client and team retention, ensuring company performance marketing methodology is being executed consistently for every clients business.
- Lead the creation and continuous improvement of production processes, ensuring standard procedures meet industry best practices for efficient and continuously improving work processes.
- Lead and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
This is a remote work opportunity with limited travel obligations, which requires demonstrating a level of dedication and commitment to being self-driven and accountable.
What You Bring To The Role (Requirements):
- 5+ years of experience in UX design.
- 2 - 3 years of experience managing or leading a UX team, including mentoring and developing team members.
- Experience with VWO, Convert, or other A/B testing tools
- Experience with HotJar, Microsoft Clarity or other website heatmapping tools
- Experience with all Google platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, GTM, etc.
- Solid understanding of leveraging and optimizing search intent throughout the consumer/buyer journey.
- Experience working with clients and teams to instill confidence through demonstrating expertise, active listening, providing tailored solutions
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to Clients & Teammates in an approachable, credible manner both verbally and in writing.
- History of strong time management, delegation, goal setting and decision making skills.
- Demonstrate expertise & understanding in using spreadsheet functions and formulas to analyze, identify trends, and summarize data.
- Basic HTML, CSS, and content management system (CMS) experience like WordPress, Magento, Shopify, Big Commerce, Modx
- Experienced in collaborating with Development teams to troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical website issues
- Consultative, analytical background through agency or freelance contracts.
