SUMMARY:
Our client is looking to hire a NetSuite Specialist individual that will lead all NetSuite and information technology system initiatives for the manufacturing facility and related operations (including Raw Material Freight In/Ocean Freight Out/Rotterdam Warehouse), as well as support the Global Finance Team. This individual will report to the Global CFO with a dotted line to the VP of Operations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading all NetSuite and systems initiatives as defined and prioritized by Leadership
- Identifying and working on potential NetSuite and other system/automation/integration gaps: scanning, inventory movement automation/capabilities, etc
- Trouble shooting any NetSuite or other system related issues
- Training users on NetSuite or other systems as needed
- Building Customized NetSuite Reporting in partnership with business owners and ensuring these reports are organized in NetSuite and shared with appropriate users
- Managing BOM Set Up
- Other ongoing NetSuite maintenance (i.e. new items, vendor profiles)
- Leading Projects as needed. Current projects include:
- Raw Material Sourcing/Pricing/Terms Improvement
- Handling stock inventory and training employees on input of export documents into NetSuite
- Assisting warehouse employees in developing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of export documents.
- Overseeing and training tasks relating to gift water
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of five to seven years of experience with NetSuite
- NetSuite certification (desired)
- 5+ years of experience working in a Business Analyst, Business System Analyst, or ERP Administrator supporting, troubleshooting, and managing NetSuite ERP.
- Prior experience training users on NetSuite
- Ability to create customized reports in NetSuite
- Familiarity with relation-databases
- Solid understanding of business processes
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
