Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial construction projects, focusing on tenant improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple tenant improvement projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct regular inspections, and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within commercial construction.
  • Proven experience with tenant improvement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations.
