The Opportunity

NCC Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our Global Accounts team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our full range of cyber services. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of attributes with the ability to acquire net new clients and grow revenue within an existing account base, capable of both pursuing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships within this dynamic and rapidly evolving sector. You will be joining a high-performing sales team in a challenging, true tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth within assigned global account based in North America.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through proactive networking, cold calling, and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and provide regular updates on sales activities and revenue projections
  • Understand the unique cybersecurity challenges and requirements of clients and effectively position our solutions and consulting services to address those needs.
  • Successfully manage contract negotiations with clients
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales leadership, practice directors, solutions architects, and cybersecurity consultants to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels within client organizations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, advocating for their cybersecurity needs within the organization and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to effectively position our offerings in the market.

Qualifications

  • Vast experience in enterprise or global sales, with a demonstrable track record of success in selling complex cybersecurity solutions. Experience working within a consulting landscape is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, consulting services, technologies, and solutions, with the ability to tailor offerings to meet client needs.
  • Possess a balanced blend of instincts for new business acquisition and skills for organic account growth and retention.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and influence executives within large organizations.
  • Willing to travel to meet with clients in-person (estimated travel 15%)
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities efficiently
