Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quality assurance and test automation strategies across and array of software stacks such as Security Orchestration and Automated Response system, CI/CD pipelines, Serverless Functions, Containers, Machine Learning/AI/LLM Responses, and other content
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and advocate for safety throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Exhibit strong programming skills to create robust automated tests that validate software functionality and performance.
- Conduct performance and load testing to simulate user experience and software behavior under varying conditions.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to gain quality insights, inform testing processes, and improve overall product reliability.
- Manage and maintain defect tracking and management systems, ensuring that issues are documented and addressed promptly.
- Participate in Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes to foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to refine product features and fix identified defects.
- Provide outstanding written and oral communication abilities to clearly convey quality assurance processes and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree and eight years of experience in systems engineering or administration or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge in applied enterprise information security technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Software Testing and Quality Assurance Methodologies
- Proficiency in Automated Testing Tools and Frameworks
- Strong background in Data Science for driving quality insights
- Experience with a wide range of software applications, hardware, and networking
- Demonstrated experience in quality control with a high regard for safety standards
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
- Several years of experience in quality-analysis environments
- Familiarity with Performance and Load Testing
- Experience with Defect Tracking and Management Systems
- Expertise in CI/CD practices
- Ability to conduct Data Analysis for Quality Insights
