Antitrust Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions

About the Opportunity:

Our client’s practice is at the forefront of deals involving market-leading companies across the most competitive sectors, including technology, life sciences, medical, energy, financial services, transportation, and consumer products.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-6 years of experience in antitrust law, strongly emphasizing mergers.
- Specialized Skills: Proven experience in Second Request compliance's substantive and procedural aspects with the ability to lead a team of associates and contract attorneys through a comprehensive 2R review.
- Sector Knowledge: Experience in the technology and life sciences sectors is a plus.
- Academic Excellence: Superior academic credentials and exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Location: This position is available in New York or Washington, D.C. The firm offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be in the office three days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays), with the flexibility to come in more frequently as needed.
- Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $225,000 to $390,000, commensurate with experience and year classification, plus discretionary merit bonuses.
