Experience as a ServiceNow BA:
For the respective role we are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst specializing in the HR module. This role will bridge the gap between requesters and developers, ensuring accurate capture and translation of HR-related requirements into actionable stories. A strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and HR processes is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document HR-related requirements within ServiceNow.
Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Conduct workshops and interviews to identify improvement opportunities.
Advise stakeholders on best practices for ServiceNow HR processes.
Facilitate communication between requesters and technical teams.
Support testing efforts to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Monitor changes in HR processes and provide training as needed.
Qualifications:
3 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the ServiceNow platform specifically HR.
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow HR module.
Proven ability to gather requirements and create user stories.
Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and Integrations like Human Resource Information Systems, Payroll, LMS etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
CSA and CIS - HR is a plus.
Experience with agile methodologies.
Knowledge of HR processes and practices.
ITIL v3 Certification.
