Location: Toronto, Canada (Remote)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Start Date: 11 Nov 2024
Note: Remote work - Candidate can be from Canada or USA, for first 2 Weeks candidate should be onsite in the project location than fully remote.
- We are reaching out for a SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay lead consultant with the following skillset. Request to share profiles with this experience.
- Must have Current & Active Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning (Variable Pay certification is a plus)
- Must have Solution Lead experience in at least 2 End to End SAP SuccessFactors Compensation (experience in Variable Pay is a plus) Implementation Projects with Global organizations
- Must have experience in Integrate Compensation planning (and Variable Pay) with Employee Central
- Experience in Supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning & Variable Pay solutions
- Excellent understanding of Global Compensation / Salary (Merit, Promotion, Adjustments) and Short-Term and Long-term incentive planning processes with Business & Individual goals
- Ability to conduct business requirements workshops for Compensation & Incentive Planning processes
- Ability to work with Global Compensation process owners to define business requirements and translate them into configurable objects and update requirements documentation, configuration workbooks
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning solution for Global organizations Salary planning, Promotion, Adjustments, Budgeting, guidelines.
