Description
We are looking to hire a Seasonal Aviation Research Analyst who can apply data analysis and problem-solving skills to help ICF address the key strategic challenges currently facing the aviation industry. This will primarily be through the development of prototype IP, research or the development of thought leadership.
This is an on-call position that is expected to work 40 hours per week and for a initial period of 6 months. The role is hybrid (2 days per week in office) from either our New York City office.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is :
$49,294.00 - $83,800.00

We are looking to hire a Seasonal Aviation Research Analyst who can apply data analysis and problem-solving skills to help ICF address the key strategic challenges currently facing the aviation industry. This will primarily be through the development of prototype IP, research or the development of thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a research project on a topic identified by the team, in support of our wider IP development
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data in support of project analysis and maintaining internal databases.
- Participate as a member of a consulting team on client-based projects.
- Write reports and presentations to synthesize and explain analyses.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrated interest in aviation and sustainable aviation.
- Curiosity, self-motivation and ability to work with professionals from a wide range of disciplines and backgrounds.
- Demonstrated analytical aptitude and exposure to quantitative model development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written command of English language, applicable in a business setting.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal direction and collaborate productively with a team.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or other degrees with an emphasis on quantitative analysis.
