Job Description: They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Associate or Vice President to join their Private Debt & Capital Markets team. This role involves leading the origination, structuring, and execution of private debt and capital markets transactions, with a focus on delivering tailored financing solutions to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of private debt and capital markets transactions, including leveraged loans, mezzanine debt, unitranche debt, and equity-linked securities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on capital structure optimization and financing alternatives.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including industry coverage, M&A, and financial restructuring, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, with a focus on leveraged finance, private debt and capital markets.
  • An undergraduate degree with an exemplary academic record from an accredited institution.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting, finance, and financial modeling.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex financing transactions.
