What you'll do

  • Works across functional teams within the Inflight organization to define and develop analytics and reporting requirements for key stakeholders
  • Design and create dynamic dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries using data expressions and visualizations to support strategic goals and operational initiatives.
  • Analyze data from various sources to understand key themes, to help identify key business problems and to facilitate decision-making
  • Work with vendor contractual requirements and service level agreements (emerging and current) to support and maintain vendor accountability
  • Partner with technical and non-technical peers on best solution to be implemented
  • Promote and champion the use of analytics in decision-making with business outcomes in mind
  • Completes ad-hoc projects and analyses to support strategic and tactical decisions


All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience/training
  • 2+ years of experience in similar analytical role using advanced tools
  • Strong analytical capability, including application of quantitative reasoning to resolve complex problems
  • Experience using data retrieval and visualization methods such as SQL, Alteryx, Tableau

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Master's Degree in Business, Statistics or Advanced Analytics
  • Programming experience with R, SAS or Python
  • Experience in airline operations

Skills, Licenses & Certifications
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving
  • Strong analytical background involving data input, manipulation, and presentation
  • Ability to decipher vendor contractual requirements and service-level agreements
  • Self-motivated and logical with an analytical approach to identifying and solving problems
  • Ability to work effectively, meet deadlines, and shift priorities appropriately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to make independent judgements and decision while taking ownership of job responsibilities
