GENERAL OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a skilled Application Developer to join our remote team, providing critical application development and support services. As a member of a project team or in an application support role, you will analyze, design, code, test, and implement systematic solutions to meet customer requirements. Your contributions will support applications that meet essential service levels, ensuring system availability, performance, and quality.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze, design, code, test, and implement application enhancements and provide production support with a focus on delivering quality results on time and within budget.
  • Engage in all phases of the full system development cycle.
  • Collaborate with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to capture and refine requirements, concentrating on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Provide technical support, including release implementations and occasional 24/7 on-call support as needed.
  • Participate on project teams in various roles, such as Developer, Technical Lead, and Project Manager.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, including conducting technical walkthroughs, updating project status, and providing concise documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a developer (3-6 years preferred).
  • Proficiency with SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the Health Care IT industry.
  • Experience with Informatica and Linux.
  • Familiarity with BigQuery and Python is a plus.
