We are seeking an experienced Senior Onboarding Engineer to lead the technical implementation and customer success initiatives for federal agencies, particularly within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). The ideal candidate will guide customers through successful complex solution deployment and adoption, combining deep technical expertise with strong project management and customer success skills. This position requires a candidate who can successfully guide customers through complex technical implementations while ensuring high satisfaction and adoption rates.
Technical Implementation & Onboarding
- Lead technical onboarding and implementation projects for enterprise security solutions
- Design and execute implementation plans for Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Zero Trust architectures
- Configure and optimize solutions based on customer requirements and environment specifications
- Develop integration workflows with existing ICAM products such as SailPoint, PING, and OKTA
- Create and maintain customer-specific deployment environments
- Guide customers through DISA Approved Product List (APL) implementation requirements
Customer Success & Project Management
- Drive successful customer implementations from kickoff to completion
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and implementation documentation
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments and requirements
- Lead regular status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders
- Ensure successful knowledge transfer to customer teams
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and health checks
Technical Documentation & Compliance
- Create comprehensive implementation guides and technical documentation
- Develop system architecture and deployment documentation
- Ensure implementations meet DISA STIG requirements and federal security standards
- Document integration specifications and configuration procedures
- Maintain detailed records of customer environments and configurations
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and/or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of experience in systems engineering or technical implementation
- Strong background in federal IT systems and security requirements
- CompTIA Security+, Network+, and A+ certifications
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
- Proven track record in technical implementation and customer onboarding

- Experience with automation and scripting
- Familiarity with JSIG and JAFAN 6/3 government directives
