As a Talent Partner, you will work with the TA team to play a critical role in driving our recruiting efforts across the organization. Working closely with hiring manager (in global time zones -- early mornings!) you'll help define hiring needs, source top-tier candidates and manage the full-cycle recruiting process for several requisitions globally. This is a fast-paced role where you'll be filling positions across multiple departments such as Revenue/Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Finance & Accounting. Your ability to build strong partnerships and pipelines will be essential to ensure we meet meet our talent needs.
This position offers flexible hybrid options and can be based in Austin, TX, or can be done remotely, preferably for someone in the New York City area.

What You'll Do:
- Proactive Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events, and other creative sourcing platforms, to identify and attract top talent
- Talent Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings across multiple departments
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job briefings and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs, define job requirements, and create effective recruitment strategies
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining timely communication and feedback
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and metrics to inform and optimize recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with hiring goals
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, showcasing our company culture and values
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts by proactively sourcing candidates from a variety of backgrounds
- 8+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the tech industry
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a range of roles at various levels, including Engineering, Revenue, Marketing, Operations, and Finance & Accounting
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment with competing priorities
- Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruitment metrics to inform strategies
- A proactive, self-driven individual with the capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative global team.
- Prior experience in a startup environment and working within global teams is highly desirable
- Experience sourcing professionals within the AML, Fraud, Compliance or FinTech space is a plus
- Previous experience working with Coda, HiBob, Workable, Greenhouse or newer platform tools is a plus!
