This role requires someone with a strong aptitude for CRM management, data integrity, and reporting, as well as the ability to maintain a regular cadence of operational tasks. The ideal candidate will provide both technical expertise and structured process support to ensure accurate, timely, and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
- Oversee and maintain data across three CRM systems (Epic, Salesforce, and Dynamics 365).
- Manage tasks including data extraction, integration, and data quality checks to ensure CRM accuracy.
- Coordinate manual data extractions and checks, especially within Epic, which lacks automated integration support.
Data Integrity & Reporting
- Ensure data accuracy in Power BI through regular audits and maintenance.
- Conduct manual data extractions and monitor data integrity, particularly on the PNC (Personal & Commercial) side.
- Establish and maintain a consistent cadence for weekly and monthly reporting, commission audits, and data accuracy checks.
Operational Cadence
- Monitor reporting and data check schedules to ensure timely and accurate updates.
- Manage commissions, revenue data, and sales process tracking within set weekly and monthly timelines.
Process & Training
- Provide training to producers on CRM usage, best practices, and data maintenance.
- Act as a point of contact for CRM and process-related questions, helping producers troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Ensure new hires are onboarded effectively, with special attention to CRM training and resource orientation.
Accounts Receivable and Commissions Management
- Oversee aspects of AR management to ensure timely payments, coordinating with account managers for carrier follow-ups.
- Conduct commission reviews and audits, ensuring calculations align with agreed structures and split confirmations.
- Support accurate commission documentation and reporting to avoid revenue discrepancies.
- CRM Expertise: Previous experience managing CRM systems (preferably Epic, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365) in a sales or brokerage environment.
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills required, including experience with data filtering, queries, and segmentation.
- Detail-Oriented and Process-Driven: Ability to maintain a high level of data accuracy through regular audits, reporting, and proactive data management.
- Strong Communication Skills: Confident in handling complex communications with producers, account managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Assertive and Independent: Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently while navigating a high-volume workload.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in a similar role within sales operations, data management, or CRM system administration preferred.
