Job Role: Salesforce BA with CPQ and Sales cloud
Location: Vancouver, Canada
Duration: Long term
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and develop solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the solutions implemented align with business goals and provide measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges related to Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed business requirements and document them accurately.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Solution Design and Documentation:
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Work closely with Solution Architects and Developers to design effective Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, and user guides.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Salesforce environments.
- Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud, including configuration and business processes.
- Proven track record of successful requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Skills and Competencies:
- Salesforce Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionalities, pricing strategies, and quoting processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud features, including lead management and opportunity tracking.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data models, workflows, and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
- Knowledge of integration tools and data migration strategies within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI.
