Stay updated on B2B industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in professional business market
Develop and execute experiential homepage strategies to create a better home page shopping experiences and engage targeted users
Plan, coordinate, and oversee experiential homepage activities and campaigns from concept to execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals, customer value, and objectives
Analyze homepage metrics, gather users feedback, and provide insights for continuous improvement
Requirements
Knowledge of USA B2B e-commerce market trends and customer needs
5+ years related working experience
Proven experience in planning and executing successful experiential homepage or on-site campaigns
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative experiential marketing ideas
Understanding of targeted user preferences and the ability to tailor experiences accordingly
Bilingual in Mandarin and English is highly preferred
Benefits
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $130,800/year and $216,000/year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
