Duties: We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist in the Legal and Corporate Affairs department, relieve department managers or staff of administrative details, and provide administrative support.
The responsibility includes, but is not limited to, calendaring, approval tracking, projects, coordinating meetings, and problem-solving for team members.
Skills:
- Requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be a team player, flexible, intuitive, self-motivating, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Working independently, prioritizing, and exercising sound judgment are critical for this position.
- Candidates must be able to multi-task and maintain professionalism while working with confidential information.
- Working knowledge of Office365 (including MS Excel and MS Teams) is essential. Must have technical skills with different systems and be willing to learn.
Education: BS or BA preferred.
