Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Design Principal and technical teams to develop and implement innovative project strategies that set new benchmarks in design excellence
  • Drive new business initiatives and cultivate lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a robust pipeline of exciting projects
  • Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and creativity
  • Monitor project financial performance, managing invoicing and receivables in partnership with the finance team to ensure profitability
  • Lead project communication efforts through team meetings and detailed updates, keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed
  • Represent the firm within the architecture community, attending client meetings, presentations, and industry events to promote the firm’s vision and capabilities

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your dedication to design excellence
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders alike
  • Established industry connections in the Atlanta area
  • Proficient with project management tools such as Deltek/Vision
