Position Description:
Full Stack MS Dynamics 365 Consultant - Life Sciences & Data Governance
As a Full Stack MS Dynamics 365 Consultant with a specialized focus on the life sciences sector, you will be instrumental in delivering innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Your deep understanding of life sciences processes, combined with robust data governance expertise, will enable you to develop and implement solutions that meet regulatory requirements and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Domain Expertise: Leverage your extensive knowledge of life sciences, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medical devices, to understand and address industry-specific challenges and requirements.
- Consultation and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, translating complex business needs into effective Dynamics 365 solutions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, HIPAA).
- Solution Design and Development: Architect and build scalable Dynamics 365 applications tailored to the life sciences sector, utilizing your full-stack development skills with tools such as PowerApps, C#, and .NET.
- Data Governance Implementation: Establish and enforce data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance, focusing on data quality, privacy, and lifecycle management.
- Integration and Interoperability: Implement integrations with other critical systems (e.g., laboratory information management systems, electronic lab notebooks) to enhance data flow and operational efficiency.
- Testing, Validation, and Deployment: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of solutions to meet regulatory standards, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users, promoting effective utilization of Dynamics 365 while ensuring adherence to data governance policies.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in Dynamics 365, recommending enhancements to optimize client solutions and maintain compliance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a consultant or developer with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in life sciences applications.
- Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end languages (C#, .NET).
- In-depth knowledge of data governance principles and practices, including experience with data quality management and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, HIPAA) and best practices in data management within the life sciences domain.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Developer, Functional Consultant).
- Experience with the Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate) and Azure services.
- Background in project management methodologies, preferably Agile
