Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs. What You Will Do
- Enable resolution of people, process, and technology impediments to ensure delivery continuity and cohesiveness critical to high-quality product development
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrum, & sprint retrospective), leveraging findings to maximize team productivity & drive cont. improvement
- Facilitate and synthesize insights from scrum ceremonies, in particular sprint review and retrospective, to inform performance and process improvement opportunities
- Champion scrum principles, coaching team members in scrum practices to ensure adoption of and adherence to agile mindset and methodology
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 5+ years of experience in related field.
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), preferred.
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Versatile professional extensive experience as a business analyst, project manager, and scrum master, demonstrating a strong ability to adapt and excel in diverse project scopes and environments.
