Job Summary
Our client is currently seeking a COO to join their organization. The chosen candidate will be responsible for taking on a leadership role to lead, guide and develop the pharmacy operation of their specialty pharmacy business.

Responsibilities
- Lead all operations of specialty pharmacy
- Maintain financial stability and growth objectives
- Direct employees and provide excellent customer service
- Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks to Senior team in a timely manner
- Develop action plans to ensure company goals are met
- Work with clients on all issues and maintain strong relationships and keep business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Pharm D in Pharmacy
- Client is willing to look at non-pharmacists, but must have specialty pharmacy experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in pharmacy operations management, preferably in specialty
- Strong communication and people skills
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
