A thriving technology firm is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This will be a six-month temporary role.

Onsite in NYC

Hourly pay: $25/hr

Duties:

  • Promptly respond and assist customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer concerns and complaints
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services in order to appropriately communicate with customers
  • Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and concerns
  • Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and professional support
