Job Responsibilities:
Manage all Workday comms through development, production and RACI process. This includes:
- Write/edit/proof internal communications for all Workday user groups
- Create compelling change communication materials (PowerPoint, email, Word, etc.)
- Oversee production of collateral – posters, emails, promotional collateral – this may include working with freelancers (e.g., art director)
- Fulfill contests (e.g., fulfill gifts for an adoption promotion)
Manage the comms calendar to ensure we are meeting draft and final deadlines. This includes:
- Stay aware of volume and timing of communications to ensure user receives information relevant and timely to them
- Collaborate with IT, Comms and appropriate HR leaders to determine schedule and timing of communications
- Keep project materials updated, provide status, identify and escalate risks to the comms plan.
Support Change lead in ensuring all documents, agendas and deliverables are completed
- Support messaging and materials for change network meetings

In coordination with training team, manage SharePoint site to house all collateral
Bridge the Comms and Learning teams to synchronize messaging and streamline content development and delivery
Support the Learning team in content creation and deployment
Working with training resource to identify and fill any gaps in deploying messages
