Title: SAP S/4 Testing Lead

Duration: ASAP - 3+ months

Location: Remote

Role:

Lead a team of 25+ testers globally.

The testing lead needs to be able to travel to Kentucky (the location is very close to the Cincinnati airport). Travel would be every other week.

Preferred Qualifications:

Skills Required:
5+ Years experience test leadership experience
Experienced in leading a large integrated testing team
Ability to prepare and present clear and concise approaches and plans to executive leadership
Experience in Stakeholder Management of Business and IT Senior Leadership
Expert knowledge of testing processes and methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to quickly resolve release testing challenges from simple to complex
Experienced in SAP testing or SAP delivery
Experience in test estimation using complex excel macros and formulas
Experience in delivering presentations to a large audience
Experience in the defect management process

Work Requirement:

Be able to work remotely and travel within the region and internationally as needed.

Nice to Have:

Experience in leading automation and performance testing teams

Test Lead Responsibilities

Leads a release testing team that consists of 25+ plus test leads to lead the preparation and test execution activities for production integration test cycles and business simulation, which include 335 plus testers including business testers across +13 Process Area/Scrum teams, 100+ Stakeholders/Leaders across process areas (complex organization, multi-tiered decision making).
Applies the testing best practices and strategy defined by the Enterprise Test Leads in all the test cycles and test activities including performance, automation, regression, and operational readiness test. Present test plans and provide daily release status and metrics to executive leadership and release leadership.
Leads specific release testing, ensuring adherence to the defined project test deliverables and test schedule from PIT/BizSim/Regression/Performance/Operational Test preparation to execution and successfully closing the test cycles.
Enable automation to optimize and accelerate test execution.
Manage the release blocking issues and escalates to leadership for help as needed.
Work with OCM and leadership to prepare the release communication plan.
Create and present all test cycle kick-offs.
Plan and estimate testing resource capacity for all test cycles from system analysts to business testers.
Host the daily E2E Test Leads meeting; provide guidance and address roadblocks.
Drive and ensure the quality delivery of all Test Closure Memos for all testing activities.
Engage in planning, issue resolution, and alignment with other release leaderships across the enterprises; Solution Delivery, Technology, OCM, Service Delivery, Business Readiness, etc.
Perform interviews for new Test Leads.
Define metrics requires for testing progress tracking.
Act as a single point of escalation for all testing activities in the release.
