Responsibilities:

Project Management:

o Experience with various product management methodologies and frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, and Hybrid.

o Define and document project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes.

o Prepare an estimated timeline based on the project scope.

o Set and manage stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally.

Team Management:

o Managing cross matrix teams for the execution of projects.

o Evaluate project performance.

Day-to-Day Operations:

o Oversee day-to-day project activities.

o Communicate both internally and externally.

o Assess risks and involve the stakeholders early if any roadblocks.

Project Closure:

o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

o Facilitate project closure.

o Review, assess current inventory of standard procedure documents and drive updates

Skills:

Pharmaceutical experience:

o Knowledge of pharmaceutical business processes in IT and data governance required.

o Project management lead in pharmaceutical industry

o Knowledge of pharmaceutical data, including, but not limited to: IQVIA, Veeva Compass, & Symphony a plus.

Strategic initiatives:

o Ability to work autonomously and seek advice when necessary.

o Experience in managing cross-functional projects and proficiency in influencing without authority.

o Capability of managing multiple workstreams in high-pressure settings.

o Manage and guide teams toward project goals.

Communication:

o Ability to effectively communicate with higher levels of management.

o Strong communication skills for conveying clear messages to different teams.

Negotiation: Navigate conflicts, reach agreements, and find win-win solution.

Risk Management: Monitor the project timelines and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Education: Bachelor s degree
