Description of Duties:
The Senior Business Analyst will have experience with Microsoft Power Platform. The individual will be working with a program to provide benefits to eligible households with school-aged children to purchase food during the summer. The team uses Dataverse for Database, power pages, Power apps, Canvas app and Power Automate.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst is required.
- Experienced on large system implementation projects.
- Experience running workshops and documenting business requirements for large system implementations. This includes learning and understanding the government programs and being able to translate that into specific business requirement documents.
- Experience learning and advising on business process improvements.
- Experience with Dataverse for Database.
- Experience with Power pages, Power apps, Canvas app, and Power Automate.
- Ideally Pacific or Mountain time zone, this project is for Hawaii.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to work well with government clients.
- Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks.
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment to obtain the best results.
- Work as a topmost trusted partner with aFit and the client.
- Provide attention to details.
- Approaches challenges with a positive, consultative mindset.
- Self-starter with the desire to achieve and work with integrity.

Education:
- A bachelor s degree from an accredited university, a related field or equivalent experience.
