Position Summary:

Work directly with the engineering staff, and operations to produce quality concrete.

  • 1- 5 years` experience.
  • Proficient computer skills, including AutoCAD design and drafting.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas to others
  • Able to manage own time and time of others
  • Chose appropriate actions considering relative costs and benefits
  • Able to work with limited supervision
  • Draw and /or check layouts, Assign work to subordinate drafters, verify accuracy and completeness of drawings
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure that drawings convey the correct information and error free.
  • Must have the ability to read blueprints/ more construction print, 2D, 3D or 4D works. (not schematic and not detail)
  • Ability to read Tape Measure 1/8 of inch.


Preferred experience:
Team lead, assistant supervisor, and/or supervisor experience in the following fields: Concrete/Precast, Construction, Framing, Iron Work
If they have this experience, we can start them at $24/hr, however will need to obtain the ACI, and PCI 1 within first 6 months. : PCI 2 in first 9 months. Was obtained the certification pay will increase to $25.25/hr.
