Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Oversee daily activities on social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand strategy. Engage with the community and track KPIs (engagement rates, reach, etc.).
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to create cohesive brand messaging. Develop and manage content calendars and analyze performance metrics for actionable insights.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, graphics) tailored to target audiences. Adapt existing assets for various formats (IG Stories, Reels, TikTok) and ensure quality control before publication.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in social media management/content creation, ideally in beauty, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types, including photography and videography.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Creative and Strategic Thinking: A passion for storytelling and staying updated on social media trends.
