.NET Developer

BCM One is looking to add a highly motivated and experienced .NET Developer to our growing global, Pure IP, team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and passionate about delivering scalable, highly available, and well-designed systems that meet both customer and internal requirements. They will also be responsible for designing systems that provide a consolidated interface for customers and our geographically diverse network, as well as connecting disparate network elements.

This role is well-suited for someone with a "can-do" attitude who enjoys making a positive impact in their work environment. The right person will see opportunities and challenges rather than obstacles and impediments. While this is predominantly a technical role, it also requires an appreciation of the business drivers and customer demands that influence the work.

Hours:

This position will work approximately 11am to 8pm Eastern US due to the need to overlap with our UK and New Zealand team.

Work Locations:

This position will be hybrid out of our Blue Bell, PA office with flexibility. Candidates must be authorized to live and work in the US. This position is not eligible for sponsorship or relocation.

What You Will Do:

• Software Development Lifecycle: Participate in all phases, from concept to deployment.
  
• Debugging & Configuration: Troubleshoot and configure existing systems, with the potential to write new code.
  
• System Analysis: Analyze requirements and prioritize tasks to meet business needs.
  
• Coding & Architecture: Develop clean, testable code and create technical specifications.
  
• Testing & Deployment: Ensure the quality and functionality of .NET applications.
  
• Code Review & Refactoring: Maintain and improve code quality.
  
• Application Upgrades: Implement improvements and updates.
  
• Mentorship: Support and guide junior developers.
  
• Documentation: Maintain detailed development and operational documentation.

What You Will Need:

Required:

• Proficiency in .NET (C# and Visual Basic) with at least 5 years of experience.
  
• Strong skills in HTML, JavaScript, and web-driven frontends.
  
• Expertise in Entity Framework, ASP MVC5, .Net Core, and MS SQL.
  
• Experience with API technologies (JSON, XML, REST).
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Familiarity with designing web-enabled business reporting tools and portals.
  
• Knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery, and TFS (Dev Ops).
  
• Strong documentation skills and experience with Agile Methodology.

Preferred:

• Experience with PowerShell Script and MySQL.
  
• Background in the telecommunications industry.
  
• Knowledge of Azure B2C.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
