We are looking for a team member that is detail-oriented, hard-working, and technologically proficient.

Primary Functions

• Provide high level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer

• Serve as point of contact between Chief Executive officer and others. Handle phone calls, emails and other communication promptly and professionally

• Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents for senior staff.

• Arranges travel and accommodations for Chief Executive Officer

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences. Ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently

• Track and reconcile Chief Executive Officer’s expenses, prepare expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies

• Maintain confidential and sensitive information

• Any other reasonable duties as assigned

Education, Abilities, and Skills

• Experience in administrative role

• Associates degree or equivalent experience

• Strong computer knowledge with emphasis in the following software applications: Word, Excel, Outlook

• Exceptional verbal and written skills

• Ability to anticipate needs and take action

• High level of professionalism, integrity and reliability

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to interact with executives and external partners with professionalism and discretion
