- CEIs Fortune 30 Client in Media and Telecommunications is looking to add a Technical Deskside Support professional to their team!
- This role will support the enterprise via the Alpharetta corporate office, supporting engineers, administrators, and VPs.
- Long term contract with expectation of permanent placement
- $18/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
- M-F working 8-5 at 1720 Windward Concourse Alpharetta Georgia 30005
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for end-user hardware and software issues, including operating systems, office productivity software, email clients, and specialized applications.
- Manage setup, deployment, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and the roll-out of new technologies.
- Administration of mobile device management (MDM) solutions and support mobile users.
- Active Directory
- MAC support
- Ticketing, preferable ServiceNow
