This position is designed for legal professionals with a minimum of five years of experience in managing eDiscovery for intricate litigations and investigations. As part of our dedicated team, you will work closely with clients to deliver expert guidance on eDiscovery and Information Governance matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding value to clients through the identification of legal issues and the provision of insightful legal analysis and practical solutions.
  • Offer counsel to team members on relevant laws and assist in the interpretation of legal documents, while effectively managing associated risks.
  • Maintain awareness of new laws, regulations, and industry trends that may affect the business, contributing to the formulation of necessary policies and training.
  • Meet and exceed timekeeping expectations at all levels.
  • Design and execute an annual business development strategy aimed at uncovering new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify and pursue business development prospects that enhance organizational growth.
  • Lead client engagements and teams with minimal supervision, producing high-quality deliverables that require minimal revisions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Provide technical expertise and insights to enrich client engagements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of time records, aligning with compliance deadlines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a law firm setting.
  • Doctor of Jurisprudence degree.
  • Admitted to the bar in at least one of the following jurisdictions: California, Illinois, Minnesota, Virginia, or Washington D.C.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel.
