For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000 - $168,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of dynamic systems and analytics engineers focused on resolving and enhancing field performance of Schneider's residential solar and storage products.
- Oversees development of fleet management tools, field data analytics, and field escalations / triage.
- Oversee end-end testing from HW to SW (Cloud, App) both for diagnosis as well as validation of solutions.
- Respond within strict SLAs to field issues, assign and dispatch engineers to diagnose field issues, monitor progress, and maintain dashboards for field performance KPIs.
- Coordinate with engineering and cloud teams for quick resolution to field issues and ensure prompt triaging and closing of JIRA service tickets.
- Encourage quick thinking, innovation, and motivate the team to discover unconventional solutions and diagnoses.
- Encourage use of advanced analytic tools and instrumentation to effectively diagnose faults.
- Coordinate the release of field firmware, arrange field hardware replacements, and promptly dispatch faulty hardware to applicable engineering teams/vendors for root cause analysis and follow-up.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with 5+ years in the residential solar and storage space. Master's preferred.
- Previous experience in leading field engineering, systems engineering, or field analytics teams is a strong plus.
- Strong proficiency in software and data analytics tools.
- Extensive knowledge of residential solar and storage installations, including panel wiring configurations, design, operation, and maintenance.
- Field experience with residential solar and storage products is essential; having experience across various US regions like California, Texas, Puerto Rico, and the Northeast is highly advantageous.
- Strong familiarity with solar inverters, battery storage systems, and MID/backup control devices.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Atleast 20% travel required.
