Job Summary:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire RealClean organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing our marketing efforts will assist our company in reaching its growth goals, branding, and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share. Stand up the marketing department from the ground up, establishing processes, metrics, and goals.

· Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

· Campaign Management: Plan and oversee the execution of all marketing campaigns utilizing our vendor partners, including digital, print, social media, and direct marketing.

· Analytics: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.

· Content Creation: Collaborate with the design and content team to generate digital and print advertising material.

· Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor marketing team members.

· Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget efficiently.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with our Franchisees and other departments to ensure the marketing strategy is aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

· At least 5 years of proven marketing experience, preferably within the Franchising industry. Aviation experience is a plus.

· Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

· Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

· Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

· Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and analytics.

· Ability to manage and direct a marketing team.
