Responsibilities:
- Determine and implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with diverse teams to effectively implement continuous improvement projects.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement
- Ensure flawless execution of process improvement initiatives and monitor their impact through metrics
- Apply established engineering techniques to thrive in a constantly evolving and fast-paced work environment.
- Apply Excel and VBA to develop and maintain complicated spreadsheets, models, and tools for data analysis, process optimization, and decision-making.
- Use SQL development experience to extract, analyze, and manipulate data from various databases to support process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and develop Dispatching systems that enable the site to achieve production targets and track performance to production schedules.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand production design requirements and provide recommendations for optimal manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement data visualization techniques to integrate layer information in a clear and concise manner to collaborators, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:

- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
- Demonstrated capacity to consistently meet project timelines and objectives
- Strong proficiency in Excel and VBA programming, with the ability to develop sophisticated spreadsheets and automate processes
- Solid SQL skills in development and experience in working with databases to extract and manipulate data
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query, and Smartsheet
