  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Project System Engineer will work in a small collaborative team configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting enterprise level security system physical security access control, video management systems and database applications.

Ability to demonstrate the following capabilities are required:

  • Onsite installation of PAC and VMS.
  • Manage physical security system support to meet service level agreements.
  • Resolve complex system issues for physical security systems and networks.
  • Communicate with customers, manufacturers, vendors and technical specialists.
  • Analyze and modify preventive maintenance checklists for system changes.
  • Troubleshoot system performance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Organize and prepare detailed documentation of system performance, including service request records and analysis.
  • Conduct research and development on new system manufacturers (i.e. access control, intrusion detection and closed circuit television systems).
  • Perform all duties with minimal direct supervision.

Specific position requirements are as follows:

  • Requires minimum three (3)+ years of experience with installation, troubleshooting and testing of security electronics equipment plus minimum three (3)+ yrs programming/administrating Access Control Systems.
  • Requires system administrator experience in performing triage on system problems, resolving the system problems, analyzing system data to prevent problems, and implementing new workstations and system extensions.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or HS diploma/GED coupled with three (3) additional years of SA experience.
  • and the ability to gain DoD Security Clearance.

Specific desired experience, skills and certifications are as follows:

  • Certifications in PAC and VMS: Lenel, Milestone, CCure, Genetec, Flair, Avigilon, S2 and similar.
  • Understanding and configuration experience of Networking and cyber security scanning.
  • Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Server 2008 experience desirable.
