  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on ***Apache Kafka development*** and distributed systems.
  • 2+ years of experience in ***Python (preferred) or Java*** for building Kafka applications
  • Proven experience with Confluent Kafka, including ***Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, Apache Flink and ksqlDB.***
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly ***Terraform***
  • Minimum 8 years of development experience, specifically as a Developer (not an Admin).
  • Proficiency in Apache Kafka and its ecosystem, including Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, Apache Flink, and KSQL.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) and Java.
  • Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
  • System/software experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, and Lambda.
  • Proven experience working with Snowflake, particularly in integrating Kafka with Snowflake.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Confluent Platform.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
