  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

iitjobs is seeking an experienced Workday Advanced Compensation Functional Consultant to join our team. This position offers a fully remote work environment.

The consultant will play a key role in optimizing and enhancing Intuit's Workday Advanced Compensation module, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and meets ongoing compensation planning needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday Advanced Compensation functionality, configuration, and end-user support to manage compensation cycles, merit plans, bonus plans, and other related areas.

Workday Advanced Compensation Functional

Long Term

Requirement:-

  • 7+ years of Workday Compensation experience, with a specific focus on Advanced Compensation functionality.
  • Proven track record in Workday Compensation configuration, including merit, bonus, and stock plans.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Payroll integration.
  • Experience in developing compensation strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday Pro or Partner certification in Advanced Compensation.
  • Prior experience with large-scale Workday implementations in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations related to compensation processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent relevant experience
