  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans for XXXXXX services and apps to improve quality and achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with developers and the product team to improve test scenarios and ensure robust testing coverage.
  • Debug defects in XXXXX apps, providing detailed repro steps and support in quick resolution.
  • Manage support requests, identifying priority issues and coordinating timely responses.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking skills to balance testing tasks and support issues efficiently.
  • Utilize SQL to track data flow through APIs and validate accuracy on a daily basis.
  • Prepare necessary test artifacts and test data.
  • Actively participate in Agile processes, including providing functional feedback on backlog tickets and participating in sprint planning to identify test tasks for new or enhanced features.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience in testing web and mobile applications, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for creating, tracking tickets, and writing detailed repro steps for product issues.
  • A sharp analytical mindset, bolstered by excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and interpersonal communication abilities; a team player who works efficiently with minimal supervision.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with executing and troubleshooting failed automated tests.
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud technologies, such as App Insights and Azure Functions, to support efficient troubleshooting.
