Workday HCM & Time Tracking Consultant

This role involves gathering and documenting Workday time tracking requirements, resolving client issues, and translating client data into actionable Workday configurations. You will collaborate closely with the Client Lead and other consultants within a dynamic team environment to ensure the successful execution of time tracking processes within Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather, identify, and document Workday time tracking requirements to ensure alignment with their needs.
Research, analyze, and troubleshoot client issues effectively, providing timely and accurate solutions.
Work directly with the Client Lead, assisting in managing workloads and delivering high-quality support.
Interpret client data and accurately translate it into Workday configurations, ensuring seamless functionality.
Resolve issues and document solutions in JIRA, maintaining a well-organized record of processes and improvements.
Work under the guidance of the Time Tracking Lead and in coordination with other consultants, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Certifications Required:
Active Workday HCM and Time Tracking certifications.
Requirements
3-5+ Years in the following:
Workday HR, payroll, and time tracking.
Analytical and communication skills Workday.
Intermediate Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, Teams, etc).
Very strong documentation skillset.
Self-starter and motivated resource.
Preferred Skills:
Workday Reporting: Familiarity with Workday reporting capabilities to support data-driven insights.
Workday Absence: Experience with Workday Absence modules is a plus for providing additional client support.
