  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Project Manager with an SDLC background to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This team uses both waterfall and agile methodologies. This position will be partially onsite but may require more on-site days due to meetings/projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Develops and monitors project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation from scope to post implementation.
  • Ensures project documentation and deliverables are complete, on budget, within scope, and in accordance with standards.
  • Identifies items that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort. Monitors resource requirements based on project specifications.
  • Manages the project issues throughout the project life cycle. Communicates the implications of changes to the project scope with appropriate parties.
  • Facilitates effective communications between all parties involved in the project and/or work efforts. This will include meetings, correspondence, status reports and other documentation.

Skills and Abilities:

  • IT experience in a leadership capacity on one or more project teams
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict management/resolution skills
  • Advanced analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Advanced competency in management of resources to meet goals and multiple projects
  • Strong ability to lead multiple multidiscipline, high-performance work teams throughout the project life cycle
  • Hands-on experience with some of the following tools: Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Teams, etc.), Jira, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps and Azure Boards.
