RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Researcher 3 in Redmond, WA.
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled contractor to support the implementation of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) with our external customers. The ideal candidate will take on the most time-consuming operational tasks related to our project, complementing our in-house resources. This role involves creating high-quality, realistic documents and tasks for study participants, managing tenants, and translating customer workflows into simulated tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Formulate realistic "fake" documents and tasks for information worker subjects, ensuring they are high-quality and written in fluent English
Manage tenants, including:
* Setting permissions
* Creating tenants
* Purchasing and assigning licenses
* Troubleshooting access and technology issues
* Translate typical customer tasks into simulated tasks relevant to the experiment
* Collaborate on A/B testing and experiment design, ensuring smooth execution of randomized controlled trials
* Work closely with internal team members to ensure all tasks and experimental setups are aligned with project goals and timelines
Typical Day in the Role:
* Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to research how copilot affect how people work
* Key projects: This role will contribute to research, customer facing, fortune 500 stakeholders, how AI can improve how they work
* Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 20% meetings, 30% working on communications and logistics (email and chats with customers and engineering with what needs to get serviced or helped on)
REQUIREMENTS:
* Degrees or certifications required: Any Math, Statistics, Economics, or Research related degree is required to be eligible for this role
* 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Azure
* Minimum 3-5years of experience with Python or other statistical programming languages
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Excel
* Industry research experience, not just academic or scientific
* Experience with customer research or product testing
* The ideal resume would contain research within a marketing environment with customers; Someone who has done data science for marketing audience; Stakeholder communication and expectation management
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
