Oracle SCM Functional Resource

We are in search of a dynamic and proficient Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with a specialization in Oracle Fusion cloud Inventory, Order Management, Cost management, Procurement and good to have knowledge of Financial and experience in Leading projects. This role will be responsible for analyzing and Supporting Oracle SCM cloud and performing all necessary activities as listed in the job role duties.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for understand, design, development and support of Supply chain Area of the Oracle Applications suite using Oracle R12i , Oracle Fusion etc.;
Should be proficient in both O2C and P2P cycles.
Interacting with various functional team members from client s side to get in-depth understanding of the client s business processes.
Implement and configure Oracle Fusion applications based on business requirements.
Customize workflows, approvals, and notifications to align with business processes.
Participated in testing activities, including system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Provide end-user support, resolve issues, and troubleshoot problems related to Oracle Fusion.
Develop and deliver user training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of the system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with technical teams to resolve technical issues.
Design and development of Oracle Fusion Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI) Reports
Work with Vendor s (Oracle Corporation) engineers on bug fixes and patches.
Present the recommendations for implementation of new systems and procedures, as well as business process redesign. Confers with business and project management to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures, user acceptance testing and training.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor s degree in information technology or a related field.
12 + years of experience with oracle EBS / Oracle fusion experience as a Functional consultant.
At least 8 + years of experience with Oracle Supply chain modules
Should have at least worked in 5 end-to-end implementations in oracle EBS / Fusion cloud
Good to have: technical understanding of SQL , BI , OTBI & FR Studio reports
Should be proficient in both O2C and P2P cycles.
Strong understanding of business processes around service cloud and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, configurations, and integrations
Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, including but not limited to ERP, CRM, HRIS, and BI tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Should be a good team player and must be able to work independently without supervision.
Strong organizational skills.
