About the Role

As a Senior Director of Technical Product Management, you will lead a global team of product managers, shaping and setting the standards for best practices within our Product Management competence. You will be the driving force behind innovative product strategies, fostering strong collaborations with key divisional and business partners to stay aligned with their evolving needs and priorities.

This role requires a strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on leadership to manage our in-house product development portfolio and budget. You will be actively involved in major strategic engagements, serving as a key point of contact for our U.S. operations, while continuously enhancing our compelling service offerings for the Central Software Engineering (CSE) department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of product managers while setting best-in-class product management practices.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key business units, understanding their needs to prioritize and drive results.
  • Develop and evolve a compelling service portfolio for CSE, aligning with the needs of the broader organization.
  • Oversee the budget for our in-house product development portfolio, ensuring financial stewardship and alignment with company priorities.
  • Actively contribute to major strategic initiatives, providing hands-on leadership and guidance.
  • Serve as the U.S. operations deputy and Single Point of Contact (SPoC), facilitating seamless communication and alignment with leadership.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions by developing deep business acumen and leveraging CSE platforms for maximum impact.


Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in IT or IT adjacent space
  • 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product strategies.
  • Experience in software delivery within a large organization, with knowledge of agile methodologies and modern product management trends.
  • 2 years of experience in a Director or senior leadership role, driving strategic initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology.
  • Able to commute to one of our U.S. tech centers (Rahway, West Point) 3 days per week.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of complex organizational ecosystem and business structure.
  • Hands-on experience in software development or scripting.
  • Startup experience or experience in high-growth, dynamic environments.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected US salary range:
$181,600.00 - $285,800.00
