Flybridge Staffing is currently seeking a hands-on Marketing Analytics Manager for a client in the Boca Raton area. This person will lead a team of analysts and oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to performance marketing campaigns. This role is critical in driving projected forecasting, data-driven decision-making, optimizing marketing strategies, and improving overall campaign performance.

Experience required:

  • BA degree, preferably in Math, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related degree with analytics and quantitative emphasis
  • Experience with performance marketing data sources and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
  • Experience with data visualization / BI reporting tools such as PowerBI (preferred) or Tableau to support the creation of actionable analytics.
  • Experience in data management through the utilization of programmatic languages such as SQL, Excel, and/or graphical interfaces through marketing specific technology.
  • Good project management skills, to guide both point-in-time and ongoing data quality improvement projects.
  • Strong technical writing skills, documentation abilities, and ability to create process flowcharts through Vizio
  • Experience managing large datasets in different formats such as Excel, Access, SQL database, online sources, data warehouses, etc. is highly desired.
  • Experience with business intelligence, ETL, and data visualization platforms such as PowerBI (Preferred), Tableau, Domo, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • This person will provide data insights to internal and external stakeholders to help achieve marketing goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research, assessing a specific geolocation s relevant data metrics used for identifying market opportunity. Present findings and projections in an actionable report to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Assist with Campaign planning forecasting, setting and tracking goals.
  • Coordination with the BI team to develop, implement, and manage marketing analytics.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand data sources, processes and KPIs, and campaign strategies to build Dashboards and reports to track outcomes.
  • Responsible for marketing campaign planning and forecasts. Including scenario planning against potential risks, and setting and tracking projected goals.
  • Help Identify KPIs including CPM, CPC, CPE, CPA, ROI, etc.
  • Work with IT and Agency partners to manage/maintain Power BI, Google Analytics (GA360 / GA4), Salesforce, MS SQL Data Warehouse, and Email Analytics as necessary.
  • Gather, analyze, and validate new data sources, as well as maintain existing data sources to ensure accurate reporting.
