Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 6 years of experience in implementing & supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Preferred Qualification:
Must have Current & Active Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning & Variable Pay solutions
Must have Solution Lead experience in at least 2 End to End SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Implementation Projects with Global organizations
Must have experience in Integrate Compensation planning and Variable Pay with Employee Central
Experience in Supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning & Variable Pay solutions
Excellent understanding of Global Compensation / Salary (Merit, Promotion, Adjustments) and Short-Term and Long-term incentive planning processes with Business & Individual goals
Ability to conduct business requirements workshops for Compensation & Incentive Planning processes
Ability to work with Global Compensation process owners to define business requirements and translate them into configurable objects and update requirements documentation, configuration workbooks
Configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning solution for Global organizations Salary planning, Promotion, Adjustments, Budgeting, guidelines.
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle. Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills.
Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor for advising industry best practicians and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
