Location: This position is hybrid, based in Lanham, Maryland. Candidates must be local to Lanham, MD or willing to relocate.

Role:

Delmock Technologies Inc. is seeking a UI/UX Designer to help transform our federal client s organization and accelerate mission execution through emerging and disruptive technologies, innovative business models, retooled program operations and industry-driven solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with UX researchers to understand user needs, goals, and pain points.

  • Develops wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and interactions.

  • Creates intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhances user experience and usability.

  • Ensures designs are accessible, responsive, and comply with industry standards and best practices.

  • Iterates on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input.

  • Works closely with developers to implement design specifications and maintain design consistency across products and platforms.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in user interface design for web, mobile, or desktop applications

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and visual aesthetics.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and development teams.

Clearance:

  • Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) Clearance.
