Intern - Customer Experience- Health Systems Marketing - Cambridge, MA - May - August 2025

Are you interested in an Internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and/or graduate (MS) degree to participate in paid intern opportunities. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.

Your role:
  • Assist in the development of integrating Customer Feedback into Quarterly Business Reviews with Philips' customers
  • Help create templates for communicating the Customer Experience Program goals and process to customers to drive awareness and engagement
  • Assist in analyzing and reporting on customer feedback
  • Work closely and coordinate with other cross functional teams including sales and service
  • Conduct internal feedback sessions with internal stakeholders


You're the right fit if:
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Interns will gain firsthand exposure to the complete Marketing mix including Advertising, Analytics, Account Based Marketing, Branding, Campaign Planning, Communications, Digital and Ecommerce, Product Launch and Strategy.
  • You will be challenged with varying tasks and projects that are critical to the Marketing function at Philips and you will be given the opportunity to provide strategic business recommendations based on your learning.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00-40.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
