As a premier staffing firm, we know that effective sales & recruiting requires not only data-driven insights but also engaging and motivating our production team. We are looking for a Data Analyst who will be instrumental in tracking production metrics and incorporating gamification to enhance production engagement and performance.
Position Summary:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing recruiting & sales data and incorporating gamification into the placement process. This role will focus on tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to improve recruiting strategies, and tracking innovative reward structures to motivate the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and maintain recruiting data from multiple sources, including ATS (Applicant Tracking System), CRM systems, and social media channels.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and recruiter productivity.
- Trend Analysis & Insights: Identify trends and provide insights on recruiting performance, helping to improve sourcing strategies and overall hiring efficiency.
- Dashboard Development: Build and maintain user-friendly dashboards to track key recruiting metrics and offer real-time data visualization for stakeholders.
- Incentive Program Design: Collaborate with recruiting managers to create data-driven incentive plans that reward recruiters for meeting specific KPIs, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Gamification of Recruiting Processes: Develop and implement gamified elements within the recruitment team, such as leaderboards, milestone achievements, and reward structures, to boost motivation, competition, and performance.
- Collaboration with Recruiting Team: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to understand data and incentive needs, fostering a data-driven and high-performance team culture.
- Optimization Recommendations: Provide regular feedback and recommendations for enhancing recruiting processes, reducing costs, and maximizing recruiter performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in data science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, with experience in designing incentive programs or gamified processes in a staffing, recruiting, or HR environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Bullhorn, Sense, and Bullhorn back office experience preferred.
- Analytical & Creative Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data insights and creativity in designing gamified and incentive-based engagement strategies.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data collection, reporting, and incentive tracking.
